Terms & consideration

Submit accurate information and links you have permission to share. Eligible content for the current submission cycle was released September 1, 2025–December 31, 2026.

Submitting does not guarantee nomination or an award. Four nominees are selected by industry peers and professionals, and the IMA Academy selects the winner. Categories may be combined or split based on participation.

If nominated, prepare a clean acceptance speech under two minutes, follow the black tie dress code and remain professional throughout the awards process. Attendance details will be confirmed by the organizers.

The team may request additional information. Uploaded artwork is displayed with the consideration profile. An optional nomination song, full name, email, payment references and additional feedback remain private to the entrant and awards team. Personal contact details are used for awards administration and are not displayed in winner or consideration profiles. New entrants consent to publication of their artist name, bio, latest single, submitted work and supplied social and streaming links. Only submit on behalf of another person if authorized. A consideration profile is not a nomination, award or payment confirmation. Contact the team to request a profile correction or removal.
