Submission Rules

• Content release date ranges from September 9th 2025 to September 9th 2026.

• Submissions can be completed by the artists, fans, or industry professionals.

• Each category must have a minimum of 5 submissions in order to be announced during the award ceremony. Categories with less than 5 submissions will still be recognized via website, social media and physical certificate.

• Each category will have 4 nominees selected by industry peers and professionals and one winner will be selected by the IMA Academy for each category.

• If a category has more than 8 submissions it can be split into a new category to give higher odds of winning

• If a category has less than 4 submissions it may be moved to fill another category similar
